Last year I was diagnosed with having a pinched nerve in my back. I had a MRI and was referred to a neurologist. He gave me a series of 3 shots in my back that did not help the pain I was having in my hip, back, and my entire right leg. He wanted to do back surgery to remove bone spurs. But I did not want surgery on my back. A friend of mine recommended All Care Chiropractic Center and Dr. Gabe Spruch. I went to him and started to receive treatment. After x-rays, adjustments, and electronic stimulation I started to get relief from the pain. Finally, Dr. Spruch received a machine called a non-surgical de-compression machine that stretches you vertebrae etc. which has taken away the pain and the need to go to him on a regular basis. I go to him at this time every two weeks for adjustments and the decompression machine. I highly recommend Dr. Spruch and All Care Chiropractic Center to everyone who is having back pain or other needs.

My problems started when a 15"color tv fell from storage onto my head. I was given pain medications that put me to sleep and I stopped functioning. I was already seeing a chiropractor, for other back problems, who suggested that I see Dr. Spruch for Acupuncture.

After My first Acupuncture treatment I could feel a huge difference. Now after five treatments I am taking little meds, I am able to turn my head and walk without my cane! Headaches? For more than 30 years I have suffered from headaches; tension headaches, sinus headaches, even migraine headaches. It was unusual to wake up in the morning without a headache. Medications, either prescription or over the counter, helped very litte. I decided that this was a condition I would have to live with. It was suggested that I see a chiropractor. I thought this was uttlerly ridiculous- how could a chiropractor help headaches? A member of my church. a chiropractor himself, offered to give a complimentary adjustment, I declined. Finally, at the urging of family members and frankly to prove to them that chiropractors could not help me, I made an appointment with Dr. Spruch. After the first appointment the relief was noticeable. After a few more appointments the relief was unbelievable. Now it is very unusualy for me to wake up with a headache. For that matter it is unusual to even have a headache. As a bonus, the tension in my nevk and between my shoulders as well as my lower back pain has all been helped tremendously by my visits to Dr. Spruch. Thanks to the urging of my family, I now cheerfully admit- I was wrong! I'm only sorry that I resisted help for so long. To anyone else who may doubt the benefit of Chiropractic Treatment, I say- "Try it, It works!"

Aallyiah was just learning how to walk and it was noticeable that her right foot was sticking out further right than normal. I am a patient of Dr. Spruch and thought I would bring her in. Jeremiah was having trouble with his bowel movements.  I tried changing his formula and it wasn’t doing the job.  Dr. Spruch informed me that having a Chiropractic Adjustment would help Jeremiah with not only his bowel movements, but with spitting up and colic.  Jeremiah was two weeks old when he started seeing Dr. Spruch and his bowel movements have improved and the spitting up has decreased.  He is doing so much better and he really enjoys going to the chiropractor.  Dr. Spruch has showed me some techniques to do a home between visits.
